We began our service in Germany in summer 2008.  Dan will be working as a GI rights counselor with the Military Counseling Network, a part of the German Mennonite church’s peace witness.  Nicole begins her time in Germany with intensive language study, and anticipates working in a local service agency.

Albuquerque Service Adventure participants serve the community in a variety of local social service agencies.  We work with the Center of Action and Contemplation, a local day care, Habitat for Humanity, and a local school.  We are challenged to learn to live in a large city filled with cultural diversity.  In our service, we learn about life, love, and God’s faithfulness from those around us.
